Creation of building rights

The creation of building rights aims to establish legal foundations for the development, construction, and use of a building project. This includes obtaining permits as well as clarifying planning law issues – in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders and authorities. 

Feasibility studies

In addition to a market and location analysis, we evaluate the project fundamentals such as land and building rights as well as the qualities and equipment criteria of the project. For an overall assessment of project development, deadlines and risks form the basis just as much as the analysis of costs and revenues. 

Project development as a service

Our range of services extends from land acquisition or property purchase to market and location or risk analysis, as well as the development of usage concepts and marketing strategies, including the rental, marketing, and sale of properties.

Technical Project Management

Our technical project management defines and pursues project goals and ensures project success in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines during the ongoing process, in addition to site supervision and coordination of all project participants.

Controlling

The ongoing construction process also includes the organization and control of contracts, the planning and monitoring of the project, the continuous control of construction execution and costs, as well as the reporting and acceptance of construction services

Real Estate Management

After the development process or the purchase, the properties are either sold or transferred to our in-house real estate management.
